Great bean for the long black lovers, smooth and full of flavour
Swift Blend whole beans ground fresh every morning is how I start the day. 36g coffee / 600ml pure water / slow pour over V60 , with a pinch of Redmonds Real Salt ( electrolytes ) . One cup straight away , the remainder in a flask for the rest of the day.
