Why this coffee is a little different
Rwanda is known for clean, carefully structured coffees, traditionally processed at central washing stations. That system shaped the flavour Rwanda became known for.
This coffee still carries that character, but comes from a small, thoughtfully handled lot that steps slightly outside the usual mould.
How to brew it
Brew it the way you normally would. This coffee works well across espresso, filter, plunger, and batch brew.
