Flavour profile  

Graceland is a seasonal blend built for fruit forward drinking. Right now it brings together two Ethiopian coffees, around 60% Konga natural and 40% Jabanto washed. In the cup you will find berries and black tea, turning into strawberry ice cream when you add milk. Expect a lively, sweet profile that works beautifully as a modern espresso or filter, with enough clarity to stay interesting every day.

Sourcing  

We build Graceland from Ethiopian lots sourced through importers we know and trust. This lets us choose higher quality washed and natural coffees that suit the blend, while keeping producer details respectful and accurate. Components may shift with the seasons, the goal stays the same, a reliably sweet, fruit led cup.
